In the event, however, that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a refund upon request. Simply contact and let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided after more than 30 days following purchase.
Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals. Refund requests may take up to 15 days to process.
If you decided to dispute the transaction within the 15 days window, no direct communication will be encouraged from that point, all communication needs to come through the payment gateway. Any dispute fee(usually $15 – $25 depending upon payment gateway) will be deducted from your original payment and the remaining amount will be refunded.
