Syam,
now that I have my new license I tried to activate it on my production page (all works fine on my test site). In wp-admin the plug-in page had a message asking me to activate the plug-in. When I do that I get a message

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page.

Well, I am admin and I can access all other admin pages. So it is just this one that has issues.
So I uninstalled the plugin via the plug-in page and deleted the plug-in folder from the server. I then re-installed it first with the plug-in page function but that didn’t make a change.
I un-installed the plug-in again and re-installed it by copying the folder from my local drive to the server, but that wouldn’t change things either.

I am a bit lost. I can’t see the menu entry in the admin navigation panel and can’t access the activation page.

Any idea?

Thanks for your help.

Reiner
