WordPress Notification Bar Plugin

Notification Bar is a WordPress plugin allowing you to display a bar on top or bottom of your web page. The bar will contain a message and a button (optional) allowing you to notify the visitor about a new feature, news or alerts and direct them to a different location.

  • Button will open a URL or execute JavaScript
  • Position the bar on top or bottom
  • Can be fixed at position (Sticky Bar)
  • Set any height you want
  • Set the number of seconds before the bar appears
  • Display a close button for the visitor
  • Set the number of seconds before auto close
  • Colors are fully customizable
  • Display a Reopen Button
  • Select the pages/posts you want to display the notification
  • Select the user roles you want to display the notification

 Installation Instructions

  • Go to your WordPress website admin panel
  • Select Plugins > Add New
  • Search for “WPFront Notification Bar“
  • Click Install

  • Visit http://wordpress.org/plugins/wpfront-notification-bar/
  • Download plugin (.zip file)
  • Unzip into the sub-directory ‘wpfront-notification-bar’ within your local WordPress plugins directory
  • Refresh plugin page under admin panel and activate plugin
