I have sent in multiple tickets via the contact page on your website but have not heard back and it is imperative that we get this resolved immediately as we are launching this website today. I have installed “WPFront User Role Editor” on website plugin is working there is an issue in the plugin, when user create a new “business” from backend then he don’t have access to categories section (see attached screenshot). he can’t select the desired category.

Sorry, I’m not online all the time. You can usually expect a response within 24 hours.
Also its not recommended to send multiple tickets/messages. This will only make the response more delayed.
I have replied to all your previous messages. It basically says ‘try enabling the manage_categories capability for that user.
