RE: “A plugin cannot activate itself. When you activate in network admin, its suppose to be active in all child sites and the child site cannot deactivate it. This could be conflict again as you mentioned in a different topic.”

Answer: Okay. Thanks for confirming this.

RE: “Based on my understanding from what you said, that is normal behavior. When you create a new site, you will only have the default roles, not all the roles you created from network admin. You can sync the roles using Sync functionality.”

Answer: Okay. Glad you confirmed this for me. I understand.
