    Hi!
I’m having trouble activating the plugin on a new site. I get an error message saying it can’t contact wpfront.com and that it ‘couldn’t connect to host’.
I assume this has something to do with the server configuration. Is there anything I can do or should I contact the host?

    Hi John,

Its most probably because there is a firewall rule blocking your request. wpfront.com uses IP 45.55.110.212. Please ask your host to allow connection to this IP.

    Thanks

    Syam
