After entering the serial number and clicking the ‘Activate’ button, I get the following error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi Anton,

This should have generated logs in debug.log and web server error log. Can you please check?

There is nothing in my debug.log

It is a very small site – one page only, with a web form.

There problem seems to be a timeout when trying to connect to your server.

Please refund me, I do not have time for this.
