If I assign “Users by Role” to a menu item, it goes away entirely, even for Admin. I may have caused the problem by uninstalling the free version after we installed the paid version. I have de-activated, and uninstalled, reinstalled the plugin, and re=activated, but the same thing occurs.
Where should I check to see what’s gone wrong?
Found the problem! We had the plugin “Role Quick Changer” installed to test the various roles. Bad idea, as that plugin was what was causing yours to not work correctly. So you may have some bad interaction there. Hope that will help someone in the future!
