Tagged: Activation issue
Hello,
We’re using a User Role Editor Business Pro license but we can’t activate it through the WordPress admin of one of our websites.
The ‘Go Pro’ section just displays the features/prices table but not the text field to enter our license.
We can’t activate the Pro version so we can’t assign roles to custom post type and custom plugins for our client.
I suppose it can be a matter of compability with another plugin.
We’re using :
– Native Multisite
– Custom Post Type UI
– ACF Pro
Any idea to resolve this issue?
Best regards,
Hi Nick,
Can you make sure the PRO plugin is activated and the free version is deactivated.
Thanks
Syam
Hi Nick,
What I meant to say is make sure your pro plugin is activated within the plugins page and free plugin is deactivated. That screenshot shows the screen of the free plugin.
Thanks
Syam
Hello,
Aha! You’re right, the plugin installed is not the pro version*…
I will plug the PRO version and deactivate the other one.
Thank you Syam
Best regards,
Nicolas
* What about having a single version of the plugin in which advanced features will be unlocked when the PRO licence is checked ?
Hi Nick,
I thought about that, then decided to not release the code into a public repository.
Thanks
Syam
