I have Gravity Forms installed in my site.

When I go to edit a Role, it lists some Gravity Forms-related capabilities:
    gravityforms_api
    gravityforms_api_settings
    gravityforms_edit_forms
    gravityforms_delete_forms
    gravityforms_create_form
    gravityforms_view_entries
    gravityforms_edit_entries
    gravityforms_delete_entries
    gravityforms_view_settings
    gravityforms_edit_settings
    gravityforms_export_entries
    gravityforms_uninstall
    gravityforms_view_entry_notes
    gravityforms_edit_entry_notes
    gravityforms_view_updates
    gravityforms_view_addons
    gravityforms_preview_forms

For one of my roles, I have every one of those boxes checked. However, Forms is still not showing up in those users’ Admin menu. When I go to the menu editor, the Forms group of capabilities have the yellow dot and they’re all grayed-out.

Under the “Capability” column, all of them say form_full_access. Here are their menu slugs:
    gf_edit_forms
    gf_edit_forms
    gf_new_form
    gf_entries
    gf_settings
    gf_export
    gf_update
    gf_addons
    gf_help

Basically, I need for users with this Role to have access to Gravity Forms. Please advise.

    Some background info:
    PHP Version 5.6.14
    MySQL Version 5.5.44
    WordPress Version 4.3.1
    Gravity Forms Version 1.9.14
WPFront User Role Editor Business Pro Version 2.12

I’m using WordPress Multisite, and the site where I’m having this problem is the main site at the main domain.

    Hi Josh,

I don’t why all the menu items has the same capability, unless Gravity Forms does something internally to translate these to a real capability at run time.

Is it possible for you to ask the Gravity Forms developer, what all capabilities are required to display the menus?

    Thanks

    Syam
