    Syam,
now that I have my new license I tried to activate it on my production page (all works fine on my test site). In wp-admin the plug-in page had a message asking me to activate the plug-in. When I do that I get a message

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page.

Well, I am admin and I can access all other admin pages. So it is just this one that has issues.
So I uninstalled the plugin via the plug-in page and deleted the plug-in folder from the server. I then re-installed it first with the plug-in page function but that didn’t make a change.
I un-installed the plug-in again and re-installed it by copying the folder from my local drive to the server, but that wouldn’t change things either.

I am a bit lost. I can’t see the menu entry in the admin navigation panel and can’t access the activation page.

    Any idea?

    Thanks for your help.

    Reiner

Hi Reiner, Sorry about that. Can you give me access to your site? Thanks.

That was the cause. Thank you! All is working now 🙂

I disabled the Admin Menu Editor Pro plug-in, activated your plug-in and re-activated the editor.

    Thanky you!!
