Hi,

We have several custom roles that are no longer working. People assigned to the Membership role no longer have access to the areas they were granted access to.

I have been able to fix it temporarily by resetting the role and clearing the cache. But this only works for a couple of weeks then they lose access again.

Hello,

Are you facing this issue for whole wp-admin pages or a specific section? When you say “resetting the roles”, how are you resetting them? What kind of caching are you using?
