Is it possible to configure an editor’s role such that any time they post anything, it is only published to a specific user role?

For instance, if there are several teacher user roles, with a corresponding group of parents that access only that classroom’s content, can we set it so that the teacher editor doesn’t need to manually set the Role Permissions, but as an administrator, I can set those Role Permissions for which roles can access an editor’s Posts before they ever create a post?
