    Hey Syam,

we’d like to set basic edit cpt permissions on a user role basis.

i already made all necessary steps to set this up:
    https://wpfront.com/user-role-editor-pro/custom-post-type-permissions/

extended permissions are not respected, either.

    there’s no caching plugin activated.

what could be wrong here, can you verify this behaviour?

we user your plugin with the Business Pro License on w WP 4.3.1 Network/Multisite setup, plugin version: 2.12

ok, next step was to disable all plugins except yours and the CPT UI.
    but no luck…

OK, Syam, now i found it.
    It was my fault.
I granted my test user with the editor role super admin privileges some time ago and didn’t remember (It’s a multisite setup). Since this extra is not displayed in the edit users screen as long as you visit it with the main super admin user, tis was kind of obscured.

nevermind, i’m glad we found it.

    kind regards,
    daniel
