I have a custom role setup on the site http://www.durhamcommercialservices.co.uk to only allow certain people to have access to a mail poet plugin. This has worked perfectly for the past year, and as far as I can tell nothing has changed but it is now not showing access. I have tried setting up a new role and this is having the same issue. Would you please advise?
Update on my previous post. I have discovered that if I add the permissions to the mail poet plugin for one main role then this is able to be accessed fine, but if this is added as a secondary role so only a limited people can access it isn’t appearing, however it was before. I have checked all of the roles and I can’t see anything wrong with the permissions, if anything I have added more than were there before. I have also added a permissions for mailpoet_full_access which is activated on the required secondary role.
