As an Editor, the option to edit the page it there, however, clicking on edit page redirects to the site’s PUBLISHED home page. How do I get to the page to be edited?

    Hi Lori,

Does deactivating the PRO plugin fix the issue?

    Thanks

I can’t get past the redirect if I deactivate your plugin.
by the way your plugin is the ONLY one I found that addresses this. I do not know how to resolve the redirect issue any other way.
    Thanks

Try deactivating all the plugins. If it doesn’t fix, try changing the theme.

I will try deactivating everything shortly, however, changing the theme is not an option.
    thank you

Okay I deactivated EVERYTHING and it worked. I activated you plugin ONLY and it didn’t. I just changed my theme, 2 weeks ago, which was the 4th time, so I am not going through that again. Unless you have a better option, your plugin isn’t going to work for me.
    Thank you

    Hi Lori,

I don’t think you understand my point. You already told me deactivating my plugin doesn’t fix your issue. That’s why I told you to try deactivating all your plugins and try changing your theme so that we can figure out from where the redirect is coming. I’m not asking you to permanently deactivate all your plugins or change your theme.

If you want a refund, I’m happy to issue you one.

    Thanks

I would much rather have your plugin work, but when you tell me to change my theme, based on my history, that tells me you are telling me there is an issue with my theme, therefore it needs to be changed. If you have another avenue to look at let me know. Your plugin, is the easiest to understand, it addresses the admin redirect right off the bat, and offers the features I need. So I prefer to get it to work. Trust me, I have dealt with enough bad plugins. Unfortunately too often the issue is a conflict with the theme and I’m told to change it. I’ve fallen for that too often. The ONLY reason I changed it two weeks ago is because the author didn’t keep up with updates and it was not allowing my core programs to update or work. I would greatly appreciate advise on my next step before I reactivate my plugins.
    Thank you

    Hi Lori,

Without identifying the source of the issue, there is no safe way to fix it. Trying to fix it will be, shooting in the dark.

    Thanks

Your refund has been issued. It might take up to seven business days for it to reflect on your credit card.

    Thanks

    Syam
