We recently updated our website to multi-site so we could run a blog off a different Worpress install in a subdirectory.
We are currently running WPFront User Role Editor Personal Pro – Version 3.0-beta2.0811112.
I need my customer service team to be able to view and edit users, just as I can as a Super Admin. This was working correctly until we updated to multi-site and now I can’t get it to work, no matter which options I choose.
I’m assuming I need to update my license to the Business Pro version. Would that allow my CS team to edit users? Is there an upgrade option from Personal Pro to Business Pro? Would the single site version allow me to do this or do I need the 5 site version?

Awesome Syam! Thank you for that. Can I get the single site license or do I need the 5 site license? I have one site with multisite running which has another WP install in a subdirectory.

Sorry for the delayed response. For some reason I didn’t get a notification on your reply.
Sounds like you have two installations. So you will need two, that makes it a 5 sites license.
