So, I’ve purchased the User Role Editor Pro and installed/activated the plugin as well as activated the license. I see the new addition options under Roles in the ACP yet it still not allowing my to edit role capabilities. I’ve updated numerous roles and their capabilities is not updating. It goes back to default every time.

Can you try editing a role after all plugins are deactivated except this one? Some plugin might be resetting your role.

Would you happen to have an idea as to what type of plugin would be resetting it? Or is disabling each one at a time the only way to medicate this situation?
There are no known conflicts. But it very well could be existing. First thing we need to figure out is, whether its because of a conflict. You don’t have to disable plugins one by one. Disable them together and test it, to very the conflict.
