Hi
I was using your free version fine so decided to upgrade to the pro as I needed some of the extra features, however when I enter the licence key and click activate the page refreshes and I receive the email stating it is active but it doesn’t actually do anything else on my site. I am using a multisite with version 4.8.2 wordpress. Please help.
Hi Kerry,
Can you check your debug.log file for any errors? This usually happens when the DB entries are not created.
Thanks
Syam
I am not seeing any errors in my debug.log file regarding your plugin.
Hi Kerry,
Can you check your DB and find the table ‘wpfront_ure_options’ and see whether the ‘id’ column has the autoincrement enabled?
If you are not sure how to do this, can you give me access to your site?
Thanks
Syam
Hi
Yes the id column has the autoincrement enabled. Just so you are aware I am running a multisite, thats why I purchased the pro version.
Thanks
Hi Kerry,
I’m not sure why its not working. Is it possible for you to give me access to your site?
Thanks
Syam
I have set you up an account and you should have received an email.
Hi Kerry,
It looks like I do not have access to the network dashboard. Also is it fine if I install a DB management plugin to see the DB data?
Thanks
Syam
OK you now should have network rights. Yes it is fine to install a DB management plugin.
Thanks.
Hi Kerry,
Thank you for giving me permissions. But I couldn’t get the DB management plugin to work. It was giving me a blank page. Usually these type of plugins require PHP execution in their plugin folder. So this could be a permission issue. Is it possible for you to give me FTP and DB access to your site?
Thanks
Syam
Thank you for your help, this is now working!
