    I obtained the User Role Editor Business Pro.
    Removed the free version and installed the Pro version.

    Then inserted the licence key.
    Nothing happens for a long time, and then:

    ERROR: Unable to contact wpfront.com
    Details: connect() timed out!

    Please advice,

    Hi Henk,

    Can you verify your servers connectivity to wpfront.com? Something is blocking the connection to wpfront.com servers. It could be an IP block.

    Thanks for your quick response.

    Your IP range was blocked in our servers firewalls because of lots of brute force attacks from OVH IP-ranges.
    Are you hosted with OVH?
    Or can you give me your IP-range, so I can check and have it whitelisted.

    Hi Henk,

    wpfront.com is hosted on DigitalOcean and server IP is 107.170.201.181

    Glad to help.

    Please subscribe to the newsletter if you haven’t already. I send out emails if in case the server IP is changed. Your server needs connection to wpfront.com to receive automatic updates.
