I am battling with permission hierarchy. I created two rolls (Manager and Technician) based on Editor and Author.

I need the Manager to see what the Technician sees, but the Technician must not see Managers forms. I thought if I set a form to be visible for the Technician, the Manager being higher would see it, but they do not.

How do I set this up?
