    Hello Syam,

    I went to edit menus today and found this notice;

    Menu walker class is overriden by a theme/plugin. Current value = ACF_Walker_Nav_Menu_Edit. Navigation menu permissions may still work. More information

    More information link – https://wpfront.com/user-role-editor-pro/navigation-menu-permissions/

    From the above link it’s mentioned that WPFront is compatible with certain plugins, can you add compatibility for ACF Pro please.

    Seems someone else was requesting this but didn’t explain properly – https://wpfront.com/support/topic/acf-5-6-compatibility/

    Let me know if this requires ACF’s involvement as I’d be happy to connect with Elliot and his support team to work with you to resolve this and make the two plugins compatible.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    Can you send me the plugin zip file? I’ll need to know the hook they are using.

    Thanks

    Thanks Syam,

    I emailed you a copy of the plugin. And I got a reply from Elliot the developer of ACF;

    Thanks for the bug report and sorry for the issue.
    I have this on my to-do and will hope to find a way to customize the menu items without modifying the Walker class.
    Unfortunately, I’m not sure if there are any filters or actions that I can use, but I hope there are.

    So it sounds like he’ll look into moving away from the Walker in the future. Might be a good call to connect with him directly;

    Appreciate you looking into the issue.
    All the best
    Cheers

    Hello,

    As you are already aware, these two plugins will be compatible after ACF’s next update.

    Thanks
