Im using your plugin with Event Espresso. We are having issues with users with custom profile roles accessing a CSV download page. Response below from Event Espresso Support.

the Roles editor plugin that you’re using is blocking the espresso_support page from the event admin. That’s why you see the Cannot access this route message on the page where it normally shows the progress of the CSV Download. You’ll need to grant access to that page to allow the event admin role to be able to download the CSV Reports. Also, you might check your redirects if you’ve got any redirects set up for the espresso_support page, that will also have an affect.
