    Hi

My website is algoos.com and I purchase and installed this plugin to set the permission to access the custom post type. Here is one the custom post that i want to set over this page.
    algoos.com/answers

name of custom post is cma_thread in admin as we need to the agency users only. but after setting permission in admin for agency and jobseeker users, i can not the plugin is working. It is not doing anything with custom posts.

Let me know what is solution for it, otherwise please initiate the refunds for my purchase.
Let me know if you need more information.

    Hi Pavlos,

How did you set permissions against ‘cma_thread’? Can you share some screenshots?

Please refrain from sending multiple emails on the same question. That will only delay the response.

Or if you would rather have a refund, please let me know.

    Thanks

    Syam

    Hi Pavlos,

It looks like you are trying to set permission on a consolidated view. I’m not sure which capability the CPT plugin uses to create that view.

    Your refund has been initiated.

    Thanks

    Syam
