I upgraded to Pro on its recommendation to enable Order Statuses and Order Status Emails in Roles in it’s setting which are a function of WC and WooCommerce Order Status Manager plugin.
Since then I was unable to save/enable any new Order Status Emails I create.
Pro is adding a permissions field in the Order Status Emails creation tool which I have tried enabled and disabled.
I have deactivated the plugin but it still is showing these scrambled fields in my Order Status http://awesomescreenshot.com/09550fc52d
The enable mail function has not returned.

Even after deactivating the plugin your functionality didn’t return back to its original state?
Thanks
Syam

Woocommerce and their Storefront core theme use your Standard version for roles like Shop Manager, etc. in their Shopping Cart plugin.
When I turned off Pro I turned the standard version back on. I see again that in Role settings that it is forcing me to upgrade to Pro to get access to Status features. Won’t let me click on them and they only appeared after I installed the WooCommerce Order Status Manager Plugin.

I can create email conditions in the Status Order plugin but not enable or save the actual template in the Email section where it appears.
It’s a bit of a circle with your Standard plugin showing that in Admin I don’t have access to these features and when use Pro it causes some conflicts.
Any suggestions?
June 24, 2015 at 11:17 am #11647Michael Philip AdieParticipantI have a ticket into WooCommerce in regards to the conflict but they usually take days to respond.
I am not a coder but the other thing that seemed suspicious is that there are 2 “ss” instead of a single “s” on these functions in the Role control for Administrator for Order Statuse in WPFront User Role Editor Business Pro.

I bought your Business Pro version but would it be possible to get your Personal Pro plugin to try and see if that is the issue as maybe Woo only tested with that one.
June 24, 2015 at 6:01 pm #11670Syam MohanKeymasterHi Phil,
I don’t think the Personal Pro will help you. Its basically the same code.
Is it possible for you to give me access to your site with the steps I need to take so that I can see the issue?
Thanks
Syam

You didn’t give me the login URL. To see the issue in action what should I do? Create a new order status?
Thanks

Mean time if you want the custom CSS, please let me know.
Thanks
June 26, 2015 at 1:22 pm #11812Michael Philip AdieParticipantHi Syam,
WooCommerce got back to me after some persistance.
“We looked into this and found that this bug with saving on the custom email pages was introduced in WooCommerce version 2.3.10 (released on June 1st) and has since been patched in core. This fix should be released in 2.3.12 whenever that is out.”
They provided me with a patch which has it working again.
Thanks for your assistance. Since they are using your plugin in Storefront I am sure you will be getting some inquiries from WooCommerce users in future.
No need for the custom css but thank you again.
June 26, 2015 at 6:14 pm #11821Syam MohanKeymasterI’m glad that your issue is fixed. Thanks Phil.
