I purchased a personal pro license and it worked fine for a few days. Now today I saw an error message that says “Your WPFront User Role Editor Personal Pro license is invalid”. I go to settings and selected “retry”, still not work. I try to deactivate the key and reinsert it and it wouldn’t let me deactivate it. finally it removed the key and now it wont accept my key at all, continues to say it is invalid. whats going on?

Sorry about that. I checked the status of your license key and it is marked as ‘revoked’. Its because your payment was automatically refunded by the payment gateway, since it found that transaction as ‘fraudulent’. You should have received an email from them. Can you please purchase again? Try using ‘PayPal’ as the payment gateway or a different card. Please let me know if you need any assistance.

Strange, I haven’t gotten any e-mail about the transaction being refunded, and my card shows the payment is still processing.
