I am running a WordPress Multisite installation and when I create a new member with a ‘primary’ role and a secondary role, it is only the ‘primary’ role that is saved.

The user is correctly sent the email to activate the account but after activation, under Users, you only see the ‘primary’ role assigned.

I have to manually add the secondary role again which will be a problem going forward as we do not want this part to require any manual intervention.

Any ideas what might be happening?
