ParticipantHaving the same issue as some previous users. I’ve reviewed the previous threads, but they don’t help my situation.
The events only display when I am logged into the site. They are not visible to site visitors or Subscribers.
This issue goes away when I deactivate WPFront User Role Editor Pro OR when I deactivate The Events Calendar Pro. I have tried all other combinations of plugins but that didn’t help. The events do not have specific role restrictions in place.

KeymasterHi Kyle,
Can you send me the other plugin? I’ll test it in my dev environment. If there is any special steps I need to take to reproduce this issue, please let me know that too.
Thanks
Syam

KeymasterHi Kyle,
Sorry, I was waiting for you to send me the other plugin. Because I haven’t received your mail yet.
A simple update here with your email subject would have been more helpful.
Thanks
Syam

KeymasterHi Kyle,
I tested it with a few events and all events were visible even when all three plugins were active. Is there any special steps I need to follow?
Thanks
Syam

KeymasterHi Kyle,
I won’t be able to fix it without debugging the issue. Is there anyway I can get a backup of your site?
Thanks

KeymasterHi Kyle,
Thanks for doing the research and taking a look at the code. Really appreciate your help.
What you said makes total sense. Here is what we can do.
1. I’ll send you a special build which excluded ‘events’ from the extended permissions.
2. Once you confirm the build works, I’ll create an option in UI to exclude selected post types from extended permissions in my next version.
3. You just need to exclude ‘events’ using the new option after your next upgrade. Please let me know if this works for you.
Thanks
Syam
