I solved the problem. Created new role Shop Manager with Admin rights and then restricted capabilities and Menu.

Now it works perfect.

no, I do not use WooCommerce login functionality as I know it works different.
In the meantime I found an other way to display what I wanted without redirection.

Hi Syam,

I cannot deactivate all plugins because WooCommerce also is one. And without it nothing would work.
But I have deactivated two plugins with small influence to redirection and it was without effect.
But I do not understand why logout redirection works well.
