Display Deprecated Capabilities: If enabled, deprecated capabilities will be displayed within the add/edit screens.
Remove Non-Standard Capabilities on Restore: If enabled, while restoring WordPress built-in capabilities non-standard capabilities will be removed. Non-standard capabilities are usually created by plugins and themes.
Override Edit Permissions: If enabled, ignores the check to the function get_editable_roles. Since this function’s behavior can be modified by the editable_roles filter, some roles in your site won’t be editable depending upon the plugins and themes you have. Enable this when you want all roles to be editable. For more information get_editable_roles
Disable Navigation Menu Permissions: If enabled, completely disables the Navigation Menu Permissions functionality. Recommended if this functionality collides with any of the existing plugin.
Override Navigation Menu Permissions: If you do not see the permission settings on your edit menu page, try enabling this setting. For more information, take a look at Navigation Menu Permissions
Customize Permissions(custom post types): Allows you to create capabilities for custom post types.
Disable Extended Permissions(post types): Allows you to disable extended permission on built-in and custom post types. For more information, take a look at Posts/Pages Extended Permissions
Remove Data on Uninstall: Allows you to wipe out all tables and data created by this plugin on uninstall.
