I purchased Business Pro with the impression I could edit Administrator permissions across the network. After installing, however, I find that all permissions for site admins is disabled.
I need to limit site admins from creating pages, among other things. Can I do that with this plugin?
Perhaps create a new role which all new site admins are assigned, instead of the normal wordpress admin? But I don’t know how I would assign the new role or automate the process… just thinking.
Editing of ‘Administrator’ role is disabled since admin is supposed to have all the capabilities.
What you are thinking is correct. The better option is to create an admin like role and assign the users to it. Use can use the ‘Migrate Users’ functionality for that.
