    If I activate the plugin I see only the demo version of the plugin. I have activated the plugin here on wpfront.com but nothing happens.

    I get some errors with other plugins but also if I deactivate all other plugins the role plugin does not even get actiated.

    I’m having a hard time understanding, there is nothing to be activated on wpfront.com. Can you make sure you are following the instructions given in the below link?

    Hi Tobias,

    Can you delete existing installations(both free version and pro version) then try uploading the PRO zip again?

    ok everything is fine. I just deleted the plugin one more time and reuploaded the plugin and now…I can activate the plugin 😉

    Hi Michael,

    You do not see the license field at all? What does the title say in ‘Go Pro’ page?

    Hi Syam,

    the license field is not visible anywhere. The title in “Go Pro” says: “WPFront User Role Editor Pro” the page title says: “Go Pro < Rose Beauty – WordPress”

    It looks like you have the free version still active. Can you delete the free version and re-install the PRO plugin zip file?

    Hi Syam,

    no it isn’t active. I did read your posts above and therefore I uninstalled both, the free and the pro version, for a clean install of pro version.

    Hello Syam,

    I am sorry your plugin is not working correctly. I can delete and install ist 100 times. It is not working.

    Please send my my money back or send me a solution.
