I have installed a premium plugin for exporting customer data (orders, subscriptions etc) from WooCommerce, but my client can’t seem to use the plugin. It works from my Admin account – but not from my clients custom Role.
Can you help me look into this and see if we can work it out?
Hi Monique,
Are you trying to give them access to the admin menu items created by this plugin?
Thanks
Syam
Hi Monique,
Do you still need help with this? Or can I close this thread?
Thanks
Syam
Sorry, I replied to the emails instead of the thread. You should turn on an autoreply to let people knows when they’ve incorrectly replied to an unmonitored email address.

I am trying to give them access to the items within the ‘WooCommerce’ admin menu that were created by the plugin.
They actually can see and access the menu items, but as soon as they try to ‘Export’ – they are taken to the WordPress login screen again.
I searched all the WPFRONT settings and there’s nothing for this particular plugin.
Hi Monique,
Sorry about the reply address. I’ll try to setup an auto responder.
I have no experience with WooCommerce, but it sounds like an issue with that plugin. Have you tried giving the user all capabilities just to see whether that fixes the issue?
Thanks
Syam
