Hi Anton,
This should have generated logs in debug.log and web server error log. Can you please check?
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Beate,
Sorry for the delayed response.
Are you facing the redirect issue only when this plugin is active?
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Rahul,
EDD plugin updater is a custom class from EDD to help with plugins to update from external sources. I suspect your issue comes from a conflict, since other plugins also can use this class. Can you do a search for “EDD_SL_Plugin_Updater” in your WordPress installation directory to see if other plugins are also using this?
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Sherry,
Do you still need help with this?
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Sherry,
Sorry for the late reply.
I don’t think I received your earlier mail, can you please send again. This is a filter, so its not a UI field. Using it you won’t be able to disable, instead you can filters the roles displayed there.
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Daniel,
Your refund has been issued as requested.

February 12, 2020 at 11:20 pm in reply to: Unchecking "read_others_attachments" prevents viewing media attachment page #94835Syam MohanKeymasterHi Chris,
That functionality was designed to work like that. It is a bit tricky to manage it with extra code, because it works by modifying the SQL issued by WordPress to exclude others media data. Since we do not get the data from DB, its not possible to work on it after that. I’ll check if there is some way to do this.
Thanks

Tables are created as required by the code. If you are having issues, you could do a complete uninstall and reinstall the plugin.
Thanks

Using “User Level Permissions” you can remove higher level roles. That means they will be able to promote users up to “Sales Manager”. So its not possible with current implementation.
Let me see whether I can give you a custom code to work around this issue.
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Robert,
That means your network configurations are correct and the request is reaching license server. I suspect your issue is with DB. Do you have debugging enabled in your site? Can you check your debug.log file for errors?
Here is how you enable debugging.
