Extended permissions works using WordPress core filters. Posts/Pages will only be excluded if those filters are executed while selecting the parent posts/pages. I’ll take a look on how those posts are selected and let you know.

Hi Chris,

Your home page is severed with the cache headers set asking the browser to cache it locally for a month. So every time your home page is requested, browser is serving the cached copy. When you do a refresh, it bypasses the cache, getting the new version from server.
