Hi Gary,
You will only see that setting if you have a large network. For more information take a look into the documentation.

Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterThanks for the upgrade. Closing this topic.

Since you don’t have a WordPress network installation, Business Pro won’t help you. You will need three site licenses for Personal Pro. You can upgrade to the 5-Site option of Personal Pro and pay the difference. I’ll discount you on the amount you already paid. Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Betsy,
I have already sent you and Nicholas a fixed package to test on Saturday through email. Nick already responded saying the fix worked for him. I was waiting for your response, so that I can release this as a general fix for this issue. Let me know if you did not receive the package, so that I can send it again.
Or if you would rather have a refund, let me know.
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Kevin,
Since the new role doesn’t have anything saved against the posts, they will be treated as enabled. Soon I’ll add an option, so that you can disable permissions for new roles.
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Nicholas,
Can you send me the theme/plugin you are using to create those menu items, so that I can debug it in my local box.
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Nicholas,
Can you give me access to your site, so that I can see the issue?
Right now the only way to remove items from the top bar is by removing the capability. You can set the override type as hard, so that even if the item is available in top bar, that page won’t be accessible.
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Elaine,
That makes sense. Default permissions and bulk updates are in my to do list. Its not available right now. Since I have so many stuffs in my list, I don’t have an ETA on it.
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Elaine,
I’m sorry, but I don’t think I understood your question.
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Andrew,
Thanks for the response. I’ll review my code once again to make sure there is nothing blocking it.
You could try using the Login Redirect, basically your URL will be /wp-admin/.
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterHow did you workaround this? Your solution will be helpful to others if they even get the same issue.
Also I like to fix this if this is coming from User Role Editor.
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Andrew,
Do you still need help with this?
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Eddie,
If the user has publish_pages capability, then will be able to create new pages. This plugin do not limit pages based on their parent. That functionality seems a very good idea and I have added it to my to do list.
Inheriting permission is already in my to do list.
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterIts safe as long as you mark it as private. If you are not confident, you can send it as email.
To know why WPLM displays all posts, I’ll need to know how they read the posts. If they read all posts directly without any filters, there is no way this plugin can filter it.
