Is it possible for you to remove capabilities ‘edit_projects’ and ‘manage_categories’ from the role?
Thanks

Glad to know that you got it figured out. Please let me know if you face any other issues.
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Jon,
I’m not sure whether we are talking about the same issue here. I thought this prevents the ‘Add New User’ button from appearing, making it impossible to add a user. I didn’t know that it crashes your site.
You still can add four more sites to your activated list. Can’t you add your staging and development sites to the list? If you can send me the list, I’ll add these for you.
I’m very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your renewal. Renewals are not covered under refund policy. But I’ll make an exception in your case and refund you the renewal payment. Do you still plan to use the license after the refund? Because refunding will revoke your license key. I’ll have to manually update your license key status.
Please let me know.
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Martin,
Sure, use the bulk edit to update all the pages. Then you can edit those three pages individually.
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Jon,
Sorry, this isn’t fixed yet. This plugin is undergoing major changes right now and it will be fixed as part of the next major version, very soon I’ll be releasing a beta version. Since this issue only happens when the license is not activated, I moved this into the backlog.
But if you really need a fix now, I can send you a custom version.
Thanks

February 1, 2019 at 9:35 pm in reply to: New Role is added to access all existing private pages #80515Syam MohanKeymasterHi Phil,
You just need to remove the ‘read_private_pages’ capability from the new roles for them to not view those pages.
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterThanks for the update.
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Alison,
You can see that in your purchase history. Also if an update is available you will be able to see that in your ‘Plugins’ page just like every other plugin.
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Alison,
Yes, it is. Are you facing any issues?
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Volker,
Did you mean that you deleted those tables manually and is expecting the plugin to recreate those tables? If you are, then it doesn’t work that way and this could be the issue.
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Volker,
This sounds like a configuration issue. Do you get the same error if you try to activate a different plugin?
“advanced-cache.php” is not a file associated with this plugin. Its usually created by caching plugins. Do you have any caching plugin in your site?
Thanks

Syam MohanKeymasterHi Keelan,
You also need to configure the ‘level_’ capabilities for it to work properly. Please take a look at the documentation.
If it still doesn’t make sense, please let me know.
Thanks
Syam
Syam MohanKeymasterHi Guido,
Sorry for the late response.
Are you talking about the editor in WP5.0? I haven’t looked at the possibilities with it. Sorry, it won’t be part of next update. But I’ll definitely keep this suggestion in mind.
Thank you.

Syam MohanKeymasterHi James,
I wonder the ‘#’ makes a difference for Jetpack. But I’m not sure what’s wrong with the VisualComposer. UI doesn’t support changing the values, but you can change them directly in the DB, there should be a table ending with ‘wpfront_ure_menu_editor’, and the changes will persist until next UI save.
If I wanted to test this in my dev environment, I can install Jetpack, but what is VisualComposer, is that a theme or a plugin?
Thanks
Syam
